While hiring a full-time designer might seem like a viable option, a retainer with CCC offers both cost-effectiveness and flexibility. Full-time senior-level designers can be expensive (well over 6 figures not including benefits), and you may not always have enough projects to keep them busy. With our retainer agreements, you only pay for what you need, ensuring your investments are maximized.
Absolutely! You can submit as many design requests as you need. We handle them on a first-come, first-served basis, ensuring each project receives the attention it deserves.
Most design requests are completed within two days. More complex projects may take longer, but we always aim to meet your timelines efficiently.
You can easily request designs through our dedicated portal. Whether it’s a direct upload, a shared Google document, wireframes, or even a brief video explanation, our system is set up to accommodate your preferred method of communication.
At CCC, you’ll work directly with our dedicated team of designers. For specialized requests such as animations or custom illustrations, we collaborate with expert designers to ensure top-quality results.
We understand project flows can vary. Our pause feature allows you to temporarily suspend your retainer if you’re experiencing slow periods, ensuring you don’t pay for services you don’t need. Simply notify us, and we’ll pause your billing cycle, which can be resumed at any time.
Our primary tools are Adobe Creative Suite and Figma depending on project requirements. This flexibility allows us to create high-quality designs that meet a variety of needs.
We’re committed to your satisfaction. If a design doesn’t meet your expectations, we will revise it until it does. Our goal is to ensure that you’re completely satisfied with all deliverables.

While we cover most graphic and web design needs, we typically do not handle 3D modeling, extensive motion graphics, or over-the-top packaging designs due to their specialized nature.

Even if you only have one project, you can still benefit from our services. Our flexible retainer plans are designed to cater to both single-project needs and ongoing support.

Due to the high quality and bespoke nature of our work, we do not offer refunds. We believe in working closely with our clients to meet their expectations and deliver exceptional results.
