Hi, I’m Jessica Valis, co-founder and CMO of The Creative Circle Collective. Our agency specializes in fractional CMO services, particularly for non-profits and community-driven initiatives.

My journey into design and marketing began back in elementary school, when I started tinkering with HTML and CSS to customize my online profiles. From there, my passion for emphatic design, and graphic design only grew.

Today, I lead our team in crafting innovative and inclusive marketing solutions for businesses and non-profit organizations. My approach is collaborative, ensuring that our packages are not only creative but also tailored to maximize outreach for those striving to make a positive impact in their communities.

Before co-founding CCC, I ran Harford Designs, focusing on marketing services for financial advisors, drawing from my 8 years experience at the Wells Fargo Securities’ publishing department.

I hold a BS in Business Communications from Stevenson University and an MA in Publication and Design from the University of Baltimore. And fun fact, that’s where I met my co-founder, Monique!

My values of communication, transparency, education, inclusivity, and social justice shape every decision I make, both personally and professionally.

Outside of work, I’m a mom to two amazing boys, George and Finn. While my travel adventures have taken a backseat to family life, I’ve found new joy in gardening and tackling home repair projects.
